Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the SOLIUMX website, mobile application, and related services (together, the “Service”). SOLIUMX is operated by RASOLIUMX (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to the related policies linked from the website, including the Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, Cookie Policy, and Offerwall Policy.

If you create an account, complete onboarding, connect to the Service, or otherwise use the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You must not use the Service if applicable law prohibits you from accessing digital-asset products, promotional offers, or similar online services.

The Service is not directed at children. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if that is higher.

Eligibility for specific features, including rewards programs and third-party offers, may depend on location, account status, verification, and the rules of the relevant program or advertiser. We may refuse, suspend, or limit access where we reasonably believe eligibility is not met.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Notify us promptly at the contact email below if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. We may require verification before restoring access.

One person should not maintain multiple accounts to obtain extra rewards, manipulate referrals, or evade limits. We may suspend or close accounts that appear to violate this rule.

SOLIUMX may provide a managed wallet so you can hold and transfer supported digital assets, including SLMX, on Solana. Wallet features are part of the application; they are not a bank account, payment account, or custodial investment product.

On-chain transfers are generally irreversible. You are responsible for confirming destination addresses, amounts, and network details before you authorize a transfer.

Network fees, sponsorship limits, and feature availability may vary. A displayed balance in the application is informational and should be verified against on-chain data where it matters.

You agree to use the Service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for:

• Keeping login credentials and device access secure.
• Reviewing task, campaign, referral, and offer requirements before participating.
• Complying with third-party terms that apply to offers, websites, or apps you visit.
• Determining whether digital-asset activity is appropriate for your circumstances.
• Paying any taxes that apply to rewards, transfers, or other activity.

Digital assets, including SLMX and SOL, involve risk. Prices can move quickly, liquidity can be limited, and you can lose value. Blockchain networks can be delayed, congested, or unavailable.

Nothing on the Service is a promise that any asset will maintain value, be listed on any venue, or be convertible into cash at a particular rate. Read the Risk Disclosure before using the Service.

SLMX is the native Token-2022 digital asset of the SOLIUMX ecosystem on Solana Mainnet. Application features may use SLMX for transfers, rewards ledger entries, and other product functions as they become available.

SLMX is not described as equity, a deposit, a security offering, or a guaranteed investment. Holding or receiving SLMX does not entitle you to profits, dividends, or voting rights in RASOLIUMX.

SOLIUMX may offer rewards for eligible participation, including tasks, campaigns, referrals, and other program activity configured in the product.

Eligible rewards may be credited after successful completion and verification of the applicable activity and according to published program rules, limits, and treasury availability. Rewards are not wages, salary, interest, yield, or guaranteed income.

Eligible users may be given access to an Offerwall: a set of third-party offers and promotional activities. Offers are supplied by third-party advertisers and providers, not by RASOLIUMX as the advertiser of each offer.

Eligible rewards may be credited after successful completion and verification of the applicable offer. Timing, amounts, and eligibility are determined by program rules and third-party verification. See the Offerwall Policy for details.

Each offer has its own eligibility, creative, and completion requirements. You must follow the individual offer terms and complete the activity in good faith.

SOLIUMX does not control third-party advertiser websites, applications, billing, or customer support. Your use of those services is between you and the third party.

Completion is subject to verification by SOLIUMX and/or the relevant offer provider. Verification may require tracking, conversion reporting, or other technical checks.

If completion cannot be verified, a reward may not be credited. Displayed progress in a third-party interface does not by itself create an entitlement.

Rewards may take time to appear. Delays can result from verification windows, provider reporting, network conditions, review queues, or program configuration.

Do not assume that an activity is complete or payable until the application ledger reflects an eligible credit.

A credited reward may be reversed, adjusted, or withheld in cases such as invalid completion, duplicate or ineligible activity, fraud, chargeback, advertiser or provider reversal, technical error, or a breach of these Terms or the Offerwall Policy.

Where a reversal occurs, we may deduct the corresponding amount from application balances or restrict related features.

You must not attempt to obtain rewards through deception, manipulation, or technical abuse. We may investigate suspicious activity, share limited information with providers where needed to assess validity, and suspend accounts.

Creating or using multiple accounts, devices, or identities to multiply rewards, complete the same offer more than once where prohibited, or evade limits is not allowed.

Referral rewards, when enabled, follow program rules. Self-referrals, fake signups, incentivized inorganic traffic that violates those rules, and other manipulation are prohibited. Abusive referrals may be cancelled and associated rewards reversed.

You may not, among other things:

• Violate applicable law or third-party rights.
• Use automated scripts, bots, emulators, or similar tools to complete offers or tasks unless expressly allowed.
• Submit fake, incomplete, or misleading activity.
• Interfere with the Service, wallets, or other users.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service except as allowed by law.
• Misrepresent an affiliation with RASOLIUMX, SOLIUMX, or any advertiser.
• Use the Service to launder value or conceal the origin of funds.

The Service relies on third parties, including hosting and authentication infrastructure, the Solana network, and, when enabled, offerwall or advertising providers. Those parties operate under their own terms and policies.

SOLIUMX is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or decisions made by third parties outside our reasonable control.

The website and application may link to third-party sites or apps. Links are provided for convenience. We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or privacy practices.

SOLIUMX does not guarantee earnings, rewards, or a particular volume of offers. Participation does not assure that any reward will be credited.

Nothing in the Service guarantees profits from holding, transferring, or using SLMX or any other digital asset.

The Service is not an investment product and does not guarantee investment performance, capital protection, or returns. Do not use funds you cannot afford to lose.

Content on the website and in the application is informational. It is not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. You should obtain independent advice if you need it.

Digital-asset markets can be volatile. Displayed rates in the application, where present, are operator-configured or informational and are not a public market quote unless clearly identified as such.

The Service depends on public blockchain networks. Transactions can fail, confirm slowly, or become costly during congestion. Network rules and software can change.

If you use a managed wallet in the Service, you must still protect account access. We will never ask for a seed phrase or private key.

If you export, import, or otherwise control keys outside the managed experience, you are solely responsible for those keys. Loss of keys can mean permanent loss of assets. RASOLIUMX cannot reverse on-chain transfers.

We aim to keep the Service available but do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or fully featured access. Maintenance, security events, third-party outages, and legal requirements may limit features.

We may add, change, or discontinue features, including rewards programs, offer access, rates, and regional availability. Planned products described on the website are not live until they are actually released.

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date on this page will change when we do. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service or by email where we have a contact address.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RASOLIUMX and its operators, officers, and contractors are not liable for lost profits, lost data, lost digital assets, business interruption, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, third-party offers, or blockchain networks.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us, if any, for the Service in the three months before the claim, or (b) USD 50, except where prohibited.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
