This Risk Disclosure explains material risks of using SOLIUMX and holding or transferring digital assets such as SLMX. It is not a complete list. You should make your own decisions based on your circumstances.

SOLIUMX does not guarantee profits or returns. Digital assets can lose value, including all of their value.

Prices of digital assets can change rapidly and without notice. Past appearance of a rate in the application is not an indication of future value.

There may be limited buyers or sellers at any time. You may not be able to convert SLMX or other assets at a price you expect, or at all.

Broader market events, sentiment, listings, or delistings at third-party venues can affect value. SOLIUMX does not control those markets.

The Service depends on Solana and related software. Networks can halt, fork, or behave unexpectedly. Validators, RPC providers, and indexers can fail or return delayed data.

A transfer you submit may fail or remain unconfirmed. Failed transactions can still consume fees in some cases. Always confirm status on-chain.

During congestion, confirmations can be slow and fees can rise. Application features that sponsor fees may apply limits and may not cover every transaction.

Unauthorized access to your account, device, or email can result in loss of digital assets. Use unique passwords and protect your email inbox.

If you control private keys or a recovery phrase outside the managed wallet, losing them usually means permanent loss of the associated assets. RASOLIUMX cannot restore keys we do not hold and cannot reverse settled blockchain transfers.

Attackers may impersonate SOLIUMX, RASOLIUMX, or support staff. We will never ask for a seed phrase, private key, or one-time password. Use soliumx.com and official application downloads only.

Wallets, token programs, and application software can contain bugs. Token-2022 and related Solana programs are public software with their own risks. A defect could delay features or affect balances.

Laws and regulations for digital assets, promotions, and online services vary by location and can change. RASOLIUMX does not claim that SOLIUMX is a licensed bank, broker, or regulated investment product, and does not claim government approval.

You are responsible for understanding and meeting tax obligations that may apply to rewards, transfers, or other activity. We do not provide tax advice.

Confirmed blockchain transfers are typically irreversible. Sending assets to the wrong address, the wrong network, or a scam destination can result in permanent loss.

You can lose some or all of the value of digital assets you hold. Rewards, if credited, can also lose value after they are received. Do not participate with funds you cannot afford to lose.
