Privacy Policy
This policy describes how RASOLIUMX handles information for the SOLIUMX website and application, including third-party processors.

Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how RASOLIUMX (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with the SOLIUMX website, mobile application, and related services.
For privacy requests, email soliumx7@gmail.com.
What this policy covers
We describe website- and product-level practices that actually apply. We do not claim to collect data we do not collect. Third-party services process information under their own policies when you use those services.
Account information
If you register, we process the information you submit, which typically includes name, email address, password (stored by our authentication provider in hashed form), and optional country information used for onboarding.
We use this information to create and secure your account, communicate about the Service, and apply eligibility rules.
Wallet address
When you use the product wallet, we associate a Solana wallet address with your account so you can view balances, receive and send supported assets, and sync transaction history.
Wallet addresses and transactions on a public blockchain are publicly visible. That visibility is a property of the network, not a private SOLIUMX database field we can hide.
IP address and security or log information
Like most online services, our hosting, authentication, and application infrastructure may record IP address, timestamps, request paths, and similar technical logs to operate the Service, prevent abuse, and diagnose faults.
We do not use these logs to build advertising profiles on the public website.
Device and browser information
The website and application receive standard client information such as browser type, device type, operating system, language, and app version. This is used to serve pages, maintain sessions, and support troubleshooting.
Website usage information
We process the pages and product screens you request as part of providing the Service. The public marketing website does not currently embed a third-party analytics pixel or advertising tracker.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar storage as described in the Cookie Policy. On the public website these are primarily necessary cookies for session and security. See that policy for details.
Analytics
The public SOLIUMX marketing website does not currently run a separate third-party analytics product such as a site-wide advertising or measurement pixel.
If we add analytics later, we will update this policy and the Cookie Policy. In-app usage events that are needed to operate rewards, sessions, or security are product operations, not website advertising analytics.
Support and contact information
If you email soliumx7@gmail.com or otherwise contact us, we process the content of that communication and your email address so we can respond. Keep seed phrases and private keys out of those messages.
Advertising and Offerwall services
When you use Offerwall or similar promotional features in the product, third-party advertisers and offer providers may process information needed to display offers, measure completion, and prevent fraud. That can include advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, and conversion events, according to each provider’s policy.
SOLIUMX does not control those third-party policies. Providers may include offerwall networks such as PubScale when that integration is enabled. Use of an offerwall is optional in the sense that you choose whether to open and complete offers.
We do not claim that RASOLIUMX is a partner, affiliate, or approved vendor of any named provider unless that relationship is separately confirmed.
Third-party services
The Service uses infrastructure providers for authentication, database, hosting, and related backend functions. Those providers process account and technical data to operate the Service.
Solana validators and public explorers independently process on-chain data. Payment rails or local withdrawal methods, where configured in the product, are operated by those providers under their own terms.
How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide accounts, wallet features, and product screens you request.
- Verify eligible activity and operate rewards ledgers.
- Secure the Service and investigate abuse.
- Respond to support, privacy, and security messages.
- Meet legal obligations where they apply.
Data retention
We keep account, wallet, ledger, and security records for as long as needed to operate the Service, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting requirements. Support emails are kept as long as needed to handle the request and maintain a reasonable record.
On-chain transactions remain on the Solana network independently of our retention practices.
Data security
We use authentication, access controls, and server-side authorization for privileged operations. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You should also protect your devices and login credentials.
User privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold, or to object to certain processing. We will consider requests in line with applicable law and any legal retention duties.
Deletion and correction requests
Email soliumx7@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request” and enough detail for us to locate your account (typically the registered email). We may need to verify that you are the account holder.
Some records cannot be fully erased where they are required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or because they exist on a public blockchain.
Policy updates
We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date on this page will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
